What happens when artificial intelligence acts as a choreographer and becomes your movement guide?

Embodied Futures first premiered as a live virtual event open to all audiences, creating a shared space where participants became dancers across different locations, experiencing the work together in real time.

This immersive audio experience invites connection with body, breath, and imagination through a series of verbal prompts generated by a large language model. The voice is realized through neural text-to-speech synthesis and accompanied by a soundscape composed by a human collaborator, following an outline developed with AI-assisted sound design.

This guided journey unfolds gradually, guiding you from stillness into sensation, from subtle shifts to expansive expression, and through imagery designed to awaken eco-centric and imaginative landscapes. 

There is no right or wrong way to engage: you might move, rest, or simply listen and notice.
